H-RAS表达与骨肉瘤临床病理学的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨H-ras的表达情况及其与骨肉瘤临床分期的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法分析63例骨肉瘤组织及15例正常骨组织中H-ras的表达。用图像分析系统计算阳性细胞灰度值。结果免疫组织化学结果显示:正常骨组织中H-ras无表达;骨肉瘤组织中H-Ras阳性率达34.92%。其中临床分期Ⅰ～Ⅳ期阳性率分别为0%、25%、52.9%、40%、50%,各期间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 H-ras在骨肉瘤中具有高表达,且与临床分期有密切的关系,可作为骨肉瘤的一种肿瘤标记物,为骨肉瘤的临床分期、临床诊断以及术后随访提供帮助。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of ras in osteosarcoma and clinical stage of osteosarcoma.Methods Expression of H - ras were determined in 63 osteosarcoma tissues and 15 normal bone tissues with SABC in immunohistochemical method.Then the posistive cells gray scale value was calculated by using image analysis system.Results The immunohistochemical result showed that the ras expression in osteosarcoma was much higher than their precancerous lesion tissues or normal bone tissues.There was different percentage of positive case for H - ras in different clinical stage,0（0/12）,25%（2/8）,52.94%（9/17）,40%（8/20）and 50%（3/6）in stage 1,2,3 and4,respectively （P0.001）.Conclusions The present data suggested that high expression of ras in osteosarcona tissues was related to the tumor clinical stage.It may be used as a maker of osteosarcoma of the bone for the tumer stage diagnosis and follow - up.
