摘　　要：药物合成实验本科教学是药学专业的重点和难点,目前实验课的开设主要是以验证性实验为主,在一定程度上影响了学生实验水平和科研能力的提高.根据目前实验教学中存在的弊端,对药物合成实验的教学内容和教学方法的改进进行了初步探讨.The experiment of drug synthesis is the focus and difficulty to the undergraduate students,and most experiments are confirmatory laboratory-based till now,which curb the improvement of student＇s research capabilities.According to the actual situation in experimental teaching,the paper discussed the innovative methods in drug synthetic experimental teaching and introduced the integrated and innovative experiments,which obtained good teaching result.
