摘  要:采用文献资料、专家访谈、AHP分析等研究方法对教学型师范院校体育教师评价体系进行了构建。指标体系从"德、能、勤、绩"4个方面作为大因子,下设13子系统和30项因子,并分别对各个指标给予相应的权重;在评价操作过程中结合权重和等级分值给予综合评价。The paper adopted the approaches of documents and materials,expert interview and APH analysis to construct the assessment indicator system of physical education teachers in teaching-oriented normal universities.The indicator system takes four aspects of"moral,ability,diligent and achievement"as its big factor and have 13 sub-system and 30 factors.And the relevant weight was given to respective indicator and weight and the grade fraction were given a comprehensive consideration in the process of assessment operation.
