摘　　要：高职人才精细化培养是高职院校提升办学质量、打造办学特色、保持竞争力,实现可持续发展的根本途径。高职院校在实施人才精细化培养过程中,需要着重解决精细化培养理念的培育、工作流程的优化、执行力的提升、标准化的健全等关键问题。Meticulous training of personnel in higher vocational college is the basic way to improve the quality of running schools,develop the academic characteristics,continue to be competitive and realize the sustainable development.The key problems such as education of philosophy of meticulous training,optimization of the working process,advance of executive force and perfect of standardization should be solved.
