卵巢上皮性肿瘤的临床病理特征及其KLK7蛋白的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究KLK7蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达及与肿瘤的临床病理特征的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测50份卵巢上皮性癌,20份卵巢交界性肿瘤,10份卵巢良性肿瘤,10份正常卵巢组织中KLK7蛋白的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果:KLK7蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率(68.0%)明显高于交界性肿瘤,良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织(分别为30.0%,20.0%,10.0%,P<0.05),在卵巢癌组织中,KLK7蛋白阳性表达率与手术病理分期,病理分级,淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:KLK7基因可能通过KLK7蛋白促进肿瘤的生长,浸润与转移,临床可以通过检测KLK7蛋白的表达率推断肿瘤的预后,选择治疗方案。Objective：To study the correlation between expression of KLK7 protein and clinicopathological characteristics in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Methods：Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of KLK7 protein in 50 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,20 cases of borderline ovarian carcinoma tissues,10 cases of benign ovarian carcinoma tissues and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues,the clinical significance of KLK7 protein was analyzed.Results：The positive expression rate of KLK7 protein in ovarian cancer tissues（68.0%）was significantly higher than those in borderline ovarian carcinoma tissues（30.0%）,benign ovarian carcinoma tissues（20.0%）and normal ovarian tissues（10.0%）（P0.05）;in ovarian cancer tissues,the positive expression rate of KLK7 protein was related to surgical-pathological stages,pathological grades and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion：KLK7 gene may promote the growth,invasion and metastasis of ovarian carcinoma by KLK7 protein,the prognosis of ovarian carcinoma can be predicted by detecting the expression of KLK7 protein,then therapeutic schemes are determined.
