摘  要:目的探讨Midkine、Survivin、MMP-2的表达与恶性骨母细胞瘤预后的关系。方法免疫组化检测恶性骨母细胞瘤中Midkine、Survivin、MMP-2的表达;分析与临床随访资料的关系。结果 Midkine、Survivin和MMP-2的表达在不同分期、是否远处转移及死亡患者中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。16例(12.9%)3个基因表达均为阴性,21例(16.9%)单个基因表达阳性,42例(33.8%)2个基因表达阳性,45例(36.3%)三者均为阳性。结论联合检测恶性骨母细胞瘤组织中的Mid-kine、Survivin、MMP-2有助于判断预后。Objective To evaluate the significance of Midkine,Survivin,matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP2)expression for malignant osteoblastoma prognosis.Methods Clinical data of 124 malignant osteoblastoma patients undergoing operations from 1996 to 2010 were reviewed.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Midkine,Survivin,MMP2 expression for clinical follow-up and analysis of the association with clinical prognosis.Results For malignant osteoblastoma,clinical staging and survival were significantly associated with Midkine,Survivin,and MMP2 expression(P0.05),in addition to distant metastasis and mortality.In 16(12.9%)patients,the three genes were negative,in 21(16.9%)patients a single gene was positive,in 42(33.8%)patients two out of three genes were positive,and in 45(36.3%)patients all the three genes were all positive.Conclusion The combined detection of Midkine,Survivin,and MMP-2 in malignant osteoblastoma was helpful for the evaluation of prognosis.
