P27和PTEN在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨P27和PTEN在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌预后的关系.方法 免疫组织化学检测P27和PTEN在123例胃癌组织、40例正常胃组织中的表达.分析PTEN、P27异常表达与胃癌各项临床病理特征之间的关系.结果 PTEN和P27在正常胃黏膜组织表达均高于胃癌组织（95.0%比61.8%,97.5%比64.2%,P＜0.05）,与患者的年龄、性别无关,与胃癌的临床分期、分化、局部浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关（P＜0.05）.胃癌组织中P27和PTEN基因的表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）.结论 P27和PTEN基因的表达可能在胃癌的发生、发展和转移中起协同作用,P27和PTEN基因表达的检测可作为判断胃癌预后的重要指标.Objective To study the expression of P27 and PTEN tumor suppressorgene in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of P27 and PTEN were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 40 specimens of normal gastric mucous and 123 of gastric carcinoma. Results The positive expression of P27 and PTEN in normal gastric mucous was much higher than that in gastric carcinoma. The positive expression of them was related with cellular differentiation, TNM stage. depth invaded and lymph node metastasis, but it was not related with sex and age. There was a positive correlation between the P27 expression and PTEN expression. Conclusions The expression of P27 and PTEN is related to occurrence, development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The detection of P27 and PTEN expression may be used as important index of prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
