摘　　要：目的探讨老年性消化性溃疡的临床特点、井发症、治疗方法及存在问题。方法回顾性收集分析本院2006年6月~2010年3月间收治的老年人（〉60岁）消化性溃疡48例临床资料。结果老年性消化性渍疡发病率高，临床症状多且不典型，并发症多且以消化道出血为主．完成疗程不理想，复查率低。结论老年性消化性溃疡发病率高，合并其它疾病多，并发症多，治疗时间长，因此加强对老年性消化性溃疡病人的关心、督导，使之规范治疗，减少并发症和死亡率，提高生活质量。Objective Explore the clinical characteristics of senile peptic ulcer, complications, and treatment methods and existing problems. Methods Retrospective collection and analysis of hospital in June 2006 -Mareh 2010 were treated between elderly （〉 60 years） clinical data of 48 cases of peptic ulcer. Results incidence of senile peptic ulcer is high, and not the typical clinical symptoms, complications, and gastrointestinal bleeding based, complete course of treatment is not satisfactory, review rate is low. Conclusion The high incidence of senile peptic ulcer, combined with other disorders, more complications, treatment for a long time, so to strengthen the care of senile patients with peptic ulcer, supervision, standardized treatment to reduce the complications and mortality, improve the quality of life.
