摘　　要：本文以核磁共振波谱仪为例指出了目前高校大型仪器设备管理中的一些问题,并提出了解决这些问题的相应措施。Based on nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, this article analyzed the problems existed in managements of large-scale instruments and equipments, and gave some suggestions on how to solve these problems.
