摘　　要：《诸病源候论》中对言语和语言异常的记载散见于各篇,其描述侧重点的各有不同,描述方式多种多样。《诸病源候论》中言语与语言异常具有重要的临床意义,主要体现在反映病位、病因、病机、治则治法、预后等方面。The records of speech-language abnormalities scattered in some chapters of Zhubing Yuanhou Lun,and the descriptive emphases and modes of these records were diversified.The speech-language abnormalities in Zhubing Yuanhou Lun had important clinical values which were embodied in reflecting several aspects such as etiology,pathogeneses,disease locations,predicting prognosis,treatment principles and methods.
