近30年我国两大医学信息学期刊研究热点的文献计量分析

摘　　要：以《医学信息学杂志》和《中华医学图书情报杂志》的刊发论文关键词为研究对象,通过高频关键词共词聚类分析方法对我国医学情报研究进行了文献计量分析。结果表明,医学图书馆建设、医学图书服务、医学期刊研究、医学文献计量与情报检索、医学情报与情报服务是近30年我国医学信息学研究领域的五大热点内容,并形成两大研究领域。其缺陷是缺乏对医学信息理论与医学信息学科体系建设、医学信息学研究方法和分析技术等方面的科学研究。A bibliometric analysis of medical information research in China was performed using the co-words cluster analysis method of high frequency key words with the key words of papers published in Journal of Medical Informatics andCbinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science as its study object. The results indicate that medical library construction, medical library service, medical journal research, medical bibliometry and information retrieval, and medical information and information service are the 5 heat-spots in the field of medical library and information science during the past 30 years, with the following limitations such as insufficient research on the system construction of medical information theories and medical information science, medical information research methods and analyzing techniques.
