宫颈癌先期化疗65例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨术前进行先期化疗对宫颈癌在治疗过程中的临床应用价值。方法:将我院自2007年1月-2009年1月收治的65例确诊为宫颈癌的患者(Ib2期-IIb期)进行了先期化疗后手术,观察其疗效。结果:有效率达95%,手术切除率达99%。术前进行先期化疗能够提高手术的切除率和症状改善率。化疗后可使肿瘤体积明显比化疗前缩小或消失,差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前进行先期化疗可使宫颈癌的分期下降,肿瘤体积缩小或消失,提高手术切除率和彻底切除率,改善预后,延长患者的无瘤间期,使生存率有所提高。Objective ： Preoperative chemotherapy for cancer were treated in early in the process of clinical application value. Methods： From January 2007 to January 2009,35 patients were diagnosed with cancer patients （ Ib2-Ⅱb period） after surgery,chemotherapy,first observed its curative effect. Results：The effective 94% ,resection rate to 99%. Preoperative chemotherapy can improve the operation on the first symptoms and prognoses period. Chemotherapy can make the tumor size than chemotherapy prior to shrink or disappear, significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Preoperative chemotherapy can make beforehand to cerical cancer staging,tumor size,improve shrink or disappear completely,the resection rate and improve prognosis, extended resection patients between disease -free period,improve survival.
