进展期胃癌螺旋CT表现与手术病理对照分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT增强扫描对进展期胃癌的诊断、分期价值。方法:回顾性分析62例经手术病理确诊的进展期胃癌病人的水对比剂充盈、低张后CT平扫、增强扫描图像,结果与手术病理对照。结果:CT表现为胃壁增厚(62/62,100%)、胃浆膜面受累(33/62,53.23%)、胃周淋巴结增大、周围脏器的侵犯。结论:螺旋CT增强扫描在确定进展期胃癌分期中有重要价值。Objective ： To evaluate the diagnostic and preoperative staging value of spiral CT （SCT） in advanced gastric carcinoma （ AGC ）. Methods ： CT findings in 62 cases with AGC confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively and compared with that of pathology. The scanning with water contrast media and hypotonia included plain CT scan and Contrast - enhanced scans. Results ： All cases of AGC were detected by SCT（ 62/62,100% ）. The CT findings included gastric wall thickening,serous membrane invasion,adjacent lymphatic swelled, and adjacent organ invasion. Conclusion：SCT enhanced scan is of important value in staging of AGC.
