摘　　要：目的:探讨我院临床药师开展工作的方法。方法:对临床药师培养现状、参与临床工作的主要形式、工作面临的困境及如何有效开展临床药学工作进行分析。结果与结论:当前药学教育体系有较大改革,但尚未形成完整体系;临床药师可通过参加查房、参与临床会诊、进行处方分析等参与临床药学工作;临床药学工作中存在医院的重视不够、制度明显缺失、缺乏薪酬保障体系制度等困境;临床药师应保持乐观心态,努力提高业务素质,由点到面逐步开展工作,以促进临床药学健康发展。OBJECTIVE：To explore the performance of clinical pharmacy in our hospital.METHODS：The performance of clinical pharmacy were analyzed in respect of current status of clinical pharmacist training,main form of clinical pharmacy,existing problems and job disturbance of clinical pharmacy and the way to conduct clinical pharmacy.RESULTSCONCLUSIONS：Reform of clinical pharmacy education has been conducted but a complete system hasn＇t been formed.Clinical pharmacist should participate in wards round,clinical encounter,prescription analysis.There are job disturbances of clinical pharmacy,such as inadequate social and hospital attention,system defect and lack of payment guarantee system;for promoting the development of clinical pharmacy,clinical pharmacists should keep optimistic mentality,try their best to improve professional level and launch work step by step.
