摘 要:由于软土地基的复杂性及使用功能的多样性,要制定合理的卸载控制标准存在诸多困难。通过总结软土地基超载预压卸载控制标准应用中存在的问题,推导了沉降速率与剩余沉降、剩余沉降与工后沉降各卸载标准之间的关系,提出了适用于固结性质差别较大的多层软土地基卸载控制标准确定方法,并将其应用于围海造陆地基处理工程中,得到了相应的卸载控制标准,与实际工程卸载前沉降速率比较吻合,此法可推广应用于软基处理工程卸载控制标准的确定。Due to the complexity and diversity of the using function of soft clay foundation,many difficulties exist in establishing a reasonable unloading control standard.A summary is made of some problems on the application of surcharge preloading unloading control standards for soft soil foundation and the mathematical expressions between settlement velocity,post-construction settlement and residual settlement are deduced.The reasonable determination method of unloading control standard for the large difference consolidation properties multi-layered soft clay foundation is proposed,is applied in land reclamation soft clay foundation improvement projects and the corresponding unloading control standards are obtained.The obtained settlement velocity is identical with the measured results extremely.The method can be applied in the determination of unloading control standards in soft clay foundation improvement projects.
