表面麻醉下超声乳化人工晶状体植入术205例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法表面麻醉下经颞侧透明角膜切口,对205例(252眼)白内障行超声乳化及折叠人工晶状体植入,随访3月,观察术后视力及并发症。结果术后1天、1周、3月裸眼或矫正视力≥0.5的分别为180眼(71.43%)、217眼(86.11%)、219眼(86.90%)。结论表面麻醉下经颞侧透明角膜切口人工晶状体植入术具有视力恢复快且好,并发症少等优点。Objective To analyze the curative effect of cataract phacoemulsification and foldable intraoeular lens implantation with topical anesthesia. Methods Topical anesthesia through a temporal clear corneal incision was performed on 205 eases （ 252 eyes ） of cataract phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation. We carried out follow up for 3 months and observed the postoperative visual acuity and complications. Results There were 180 （71.43%） , 217 （86.11% ） and 219 （86.90%） eyes with uncorrected or corrected visual acuity over 0.5 at one day, one week and three months after treatment respectively. Conclusion Therapy of intraocular lens implantation through a temporal clear corneal incision with topical anesthesia has rapid recovery, good vision after treatment and fewer complications.
