摘　　要：目的:探讨食管癌术后肺部并发症的危险因素及防治。方法:回顾分析162例食管癌手术资料。结果:162例食管癌患者中有6例术后合并严重肺部并发症,经积极治疗均恢复顺利出院。结论:食管癌合理的手术方式选择、充分的术前准备、积极的术后处理可降低肺部并发症的发生。Objective：To evaluate the risk factors and prevention of postoperative pulmonary complications in esophageal cancer.Methods：To analysis of 162 cases of esophageal cancer surgery information retrospective.Results：Six patients in 162 patients with esophageal cancer had severe postoperative pulmonary complications,all recovered well after treatment.Conclusion：Esophageal reasonable surgical choice,adequate preoperative preparation,postoperative care can reduce the positive incidence of pulmonary complications.
