摘　　要：随着医疗改革的不断深入和高等医学教育的飞速发展,医学教育改革日益受到关注,参考国内外医学教育改革的先进经验,结合妇产科临床教学的实际经验和条件,提出以课程整合为核心的妇产科临床教学改革方案,以疾病为中心,对妇产科学理论教学及临床实习轮转进行创新性的设置,旨在进一步提升临床教学质量,达到良好的教学效果。With the deepening of health care reform and rapid development of higher medical education, medical education reform has been drawing growing concern. By learning from the experience of advanced medical education reform at home and abroad and combining with both the practical teaching experience and conditions of obstetrics and gynecology department, we propose a new characteristic teaching reform program, the core of which is disease-centered curriculum integration. In this program, we have carried out innovative settings in both theory and practice teaching to upgrade the quality of clinical teaching and get good teaching results.
