摘　　要：作为对企业竞争情报工作的一种改革创新,竞争情报作战室在弥合竞争情报与企业决策之间的缺口方面蕴含着巨大潜能。而为了保证竞争情报作战室活动能够有机地融入企业的运作环境,需要全面系统地筹划竞争情报作战室运行的基础性工作,即针对企业内外部情况开展竞争情报作战室的运行准备工作。本研究将从竞争情报作战室的组成与功能分析入手,讨论企业运行竞争情报作战室的驱动因素、行为优化以及运行规划模型等问题。As an innovation for enterprise competitive intelligence work,competitive intelligence war room has great potential in bridging the gap between competitive intelligence and enterprise decision-making.And for making sure competitive intelligence war room activities to be integrated into operation environment of enterprise effectively,it is necessary to plan the basic work of competitive intelligence war room operation systematically,that is,to deploy preparation of operation for competitive intelligence war room according to the inside and outside situations of enterprise.Based on the components and functions of competitive intelligence war room,the paper discusses driving factors,improving methods of competitive intelligence behavior and operation planning model for the operation of competitive intelligence war room.
