摘  要:介绍电液比例调速阀控同步系统的原理,建立调速阀控非对称缸和电液比例调速阀的数学模型。以某型装备的回转平台为例,采用Matlab的Simulink模块对系统的动态特性进行仿真分析。结果表明该同步回路同步性能好,控制精度高,为同步系统的设计提供了依据。The principle of a hydraulic synchro-system controlled by an electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve was introduced. The mathematics models of the asymmetric hydraulic cylinders and the electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve were established. Taking a certain type of equipment's rotary platform as an example, the dynamic performance of the hydraulic synehro-system was analyzed using Matlab's Simulink toolbox. The simulation results show that the hydraulic synehro-system has perfect synchro performance and high control precision. It provides basis for design of hydraulic synchro-system.
