摘　　要：对余和剑先生的"读者积分制"进行了介绍和分析,从生长环境、制度优势、制度设计等方面指出了高校图书馆实施"读者积分制"可能存在的问题。This paper introduces and analyzes ＂Readers＇ integral system＂ created by Mr.Yu He-jian,then points out some problems about ＂Readers＇ integral system＂ in university libraries from aspects of surroundings,advantages and device,etc.
