摘 要:目的研究表皮生长因子(EGF)对家兔角膜内皮损伤的修复作用。方法将溶于透明质酸钠(NaHA)的EGF注入角膜内皮已损伤的兔眼前房,对照眼只注入NaHA。结果10μg和5μg的EGF均可使角膜内皮缺损面积显著缩小(P<0.05),并可使再生的角膜中央内皮细胞密度(ECD)、六边形细胞出现率显著上升(P<0.05)及细胞面积变异系数明显减小(P<0.05)。结论10μg和5μg的EGF均可促进家兔角膜内皮损伤的愈合及内皮细胞大小和形态的早期恢复。Objective To study the effects of epidermal growth factor(EGF) on rabbit corneal endothelial cell wound healing in vivo. Methods EGF was administered to the anterior chamber of rabbits in sodium hyaluronate(NaHA) after an endothelial cells cryoinjury.Eyes of control group received NaHA alone. Results EGF(10μg,5μg)can significantly decrease the area of endothelial cell wound compared with that of the control eyes ( P <0.05).EGF(10μg,5μg)can significantly increase the regeneration of endothlial cell density(ECD),and the percentage of hexagonal cells( P <0.05).The coefficient of variation of the cell size was decreased compared with that of the control eyes ( P <0.05). Conclusion The result indicates that EGF(10μg,5μg)can enhance the wound healing of endothelial cell and stimulate an early restoration of cell size and shape.
