摘　　要：目的研究真菌性角膜炎的临床特征与相应的组织病理学特点。方法１０８例真菌性角膜炎行穿透性角膜移植术的临床体征与术后角膜组织病理学对比观察。结果不同真菌致角膜炎的临床表现各异，角膜组织病理学改变也可能不同。真菌对角膜组织的破坏，以凝固性坏死为主。结论真菌的菌株不同，对角膜组织的感染方式、生长方式均可能不相同。Objective To study the clinical and histopathological characteristics of fungal keratitis. Methods 108 cases with fungal keratitis undergone PKP were observed.Clinical and histopathological characteristics were compared. Results Keratitises caused by different kinds of fungi showed the differences in their clinical specities.Their histopathological changes were probably different also.Coagulation necrosis was the most important change in fungal keratitis. Conclusion Different kinds of fungi grow in cornea,hence damage it in different ways.
