摘 要:和谐劳动关系就是要做到让劳动者更有尊严、生产更加安全、分配更加公平、生活更有保证,在组织中形成一种和谐的社会工作环境。构建和谐劳动关系,在思想上要树立和谐价值观,坚持以人为本,营造和谐的企业文化氛围,加强与员工的合作,注重员工的个性化全面发展,实现员工与企业的共同进步;在管理上要建立公平的竞争机制、科学的用人机制和薪酬体系、合理的职业生涯规划和有效的培训机制,满足员工不同层次的需要,把员工的生存与发展作为最高价值追求,形成和谐激励机制和有效开发机制;在法律法规上要健全劳动保障监察体制、劳动争议调处仲裁机制和社会保障制度,确立工会组织的地位,形成完善的劳动协调机制、劳动权益保障机制和有效的社会监督考核机制。To construct the harmonious labor relations,in terms of thought,we should promote the value of harmony,adhere to taking the people as the center,create the harmonious environment of enterprise culture,pay attention to the balance personal development of the employees and realize the common progress of the employees and the enterprises;in terms of the management,we should establish the fair competition mechanism,the scientific mechanism of personal placement and salary system,the rational career planning,and the effective training mechanism,satisfy the employees' different kinds of requirement,take the employees' living and development as the highest value and establish the harmonious incentive mechanism and effective development mechanism;in terms of law and regulation,we should improve the inspection system for labor and social security,the arbitration system for labor dispute and the labor and social security system,strengthen the position of labor union,improve the labor coordination system,the labor right and interest guarantee system and the effective social inspection and appraising mechanism.
