摘　　要：本文选取中关各9所顶尖大学作为考察对象，对中关顶尖大学在2006-2009年间科技产出进行了比较分析。结果表明：（1）我国顶尖高校发表SCI论文数逐年增加，与美国顶尖高校差距在逐步缩小；（2）我国顸尖高校发表的SCI论文影响力在逐年提高，但与美国顶尖高校相比差距在扩大；（3）我国顶尖高校严重缺乏重大的原创性基础研究成果；（4）中国顸尖高校国际三大授权专利数逐年增加，与美国顶尖高校的差距在逐步缩小。This paper contrasted the Sci＆Tech output of the top universities in China and the USA from 2006 to 2009. The results of the analysis were followings, （ 1 ） compared to the top universities in America, the number of SCI papers published by China top universities was gradually increasing, and the gap between them was reducing; （2） the influence of those papers was increasingly improved year by year, but compared with American universities the gap was widening; （3） China top universities seriously lacked the original achievements. （4） The number of licenses granted by the three international patent offices was also accelerating, and the gap was narrowing between China and American top universities.
