摘　　要：工学结合是促进中职学生就业的重要途径。当前,工学结合主要有六种有效形式:工厂与学校结合;工作与学习结合;工人与学生结合;工件与学具结合;工时与学分结合;工资与学费结合。Working and learning combination is an important way of fostering the employment of secondary vocational school students.At present,there are mainly six forms of working and learning combination：combination of schools and factories;combination of working and studying;combination of workers and students;combination of workpiece and learning tools used in factory;combination of working hours and credits;combination of wage and tuition.
