摘  要:目的:系统性考察和优化碘化钾蜡质骨架缓释片的制备工艺。方法:通过单因素考察确定主要影响因素,再进行正交设计优化确定较佳的制备工艺。结果:熔融法制备碘化钾蜡质骨架缓释片最优工艺条件为:加热温度90℃、冷却速度20min,压片时间为制粒后48h。结论:筛选优化的制备工艺稳定可控,重复性好。OBJECTIVE To systematically investigate and optimize the preparation technique of potassium iodine wax matrix sustained-release tablets. METHODS Determined the main influencing factors by using single-factor test, and then optimized the preparation technique by orthogonal experiments, RESULTS The final optimized technological conditions were as follows: heating temperature:90 ℃ cooling speed:20 mira compressing time., within 48 hours after granulation. CONCLUSION The selected preparation technique is stable and controllable,it is proved to have a good manufacturing reproducibility.
