摘　　要：目的了解母亲教养方式与高中生自杀意念的关系,为青少年自杀干预研究提供科学依据。方法采用自编青少年不良行为调查表和母亲教养方式问卷,对随机抽取广东省广州市787名高中生进行调查。结果广州市高中生自杀意念发生率为10.67%;女生自杀意念发生率高于男生(2χ=9.58,P=0.002);自评学习成绩不同等级高中生自杀意念发生率差异有统计学意义(2χ=14.51,P=0.001);有自我伤害行为的高中生自杀意念发生率高于无自我伤害行为者(2χ=39.12,P=0.001);有自杀意念高中生的母亲更多采用过干涉过保护(t=2.52,P=0.013)和拒绝否认(t=3.33,P=0.001)的教养方式;多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,母亲教养方式为拒绝否认(OR=1.109)是高中生自杀意念发生的危险因素。结论不良的母亲教养方式是高中生自杀意念的危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between maternal education pattern and suicidal ideation among high school students.Methods Totally 847 high school students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire and Egna Minnen Betrtaffande Uppfostranl（EMBU）.Results The incidence rate of suicidal ideation among the students was 10.67%.The incidence in the girls was higher than that in the boys（χ2=9.58,P=0.002）.The incidence of suicidal ideation of the students with self-injury behavior was higher than that of without self-injury behavior（χ2=39.12,P=0.000）.The high school students with suicidal ideation experienced more over protection and rejection and overlook.Rejection and overollk of the mother（odds ratio=1.109）was a risk factor of suicidal ideation.Conclusion Incorrect maternal education pattern is a risk factor of suicide ideation for high school students.
