摘  要:豪华车品牌捷豹、路虎要想在中国有更大的发展,还有很多事情要做。 高博(Bob Grace)非常强调他对中国市场的熟悉程度。"我可以给你看我的护照,最近两年我每个月都要到中国来一趟,护照上盖满了中国海关的章!"2010年8月,48岁的英国人高博(Bob Grace)来到上海,正式担任捷豹路虎中国总裁,12月份开始负责整个大中华地区的业务,包括澳大利亚、日本和韩国的国家销售公司以及独立进口商。Land Rover Evoque made its debut in China at the latest Automobile Exhibition.Along with the new vehicle is Bob Grace,current President in charge of the two brands' business in Great China District.He also brought with him a ten-year development strategy and launched Jaguar and Land Rover's localization on the Chinese market,the second home market. This is only five months after the sales company of the luxury brands established in China.According to CEO Ralf Speth,Jaguar and Land Rover's production,procurement, R&D and financial departments will gradually move from the headquarters to China,so as to make preparations for the future development. Bob believes there is a great potential on China's luxury car market.What Jaguar and Land Rover need to do now is to fast expand the sales and services network.The company also achieved cooperation agreements with banks to provide distributors with vehicle financing service.Meanwhile,it is attracting talents to the China market. The luxury automobile brands still have a long way to go before their boom in China.
