摘 要:目的 探讨APN排班工作职责作为实习目标的临床教学效果.方法 将2届护理实习生37人分为观察组和对照组:观察组(n=15)应用APN排班目标计划,对照组(n=22)应用周目标计划,对比2组护理实习生的出科考核成绩.结果 问答题分数:观察组为(19.80±8.33)分,对照组为(14.81±3.54)分,P<0.05;基础护理操作分数:观察组为(86.46±4.46)分,对照组为(81.36±6.07)分,P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义.结论 APN排班工作职责作为实习目标使临床护理实习生更能理论联系实际,达到提高临床护理教学效果.Objective To research the teaching effect of clinical nursing practice on goals with duties of APN schedule. Methods 37 students were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group, 15 cases with goal of APN schedule. The control group, 22 cases with week goal. Two groups were observed the scores of clinical nursing practice. Results The score of questions and answers of theory test, the observation group is (19.80 ± 8.33); the control group is (14.81 ± 3.54). There were significant differences between the two groups (P〈0.05).The score of basic nursing, the observation group is (86.46 ± 4.46); the control group is ( 81.36 ± 6.07 ). There were significant differences be tween the two groups (P〈 0.01). Conclusion The geals with duties of APN schedule can make the students of clinical nursing practice linking theory with practice and enhance the teaching effect.
