摘　　要：目的:探索中医理念在梗阻性黄疸治疗中的应用规律。方法:对外科近5年来收治梗阻性黄疸病例800余例治疗进行归纳总结,提取相关规律。结果:中医理念在本病治疗中的应用体现在各个环节,贯穿整个过程,在不同的阶段采用不同的方式。结论:中医理念在梗阻性黄疸治疗中的应用起积极的作用,可获得更好的临床疗效,体现中医特色。Objective：To explore the rule of Chinese medicine applying of obstructive jaundice.Methods：Summarized the past five years,surgery patients with obstructive jaundice were treated more than 800 cases,to extract treatment Law.Results：During the treatment of thd obstruction jaundice,chinese philosophy is reflected in every aspect,throughout the whole process.Conclusion：Chinese philosophy in the treatment of obstructive jaundice to play an active role,get a good effect,reflects Chinese characteristics.
