摘 要:目的了解隐性护理失误护士的人格特征,为正常人格的培养和异常人格的干预提供依据。方法采用卡特尔16个性因素量表(16PF)对71名隐性护理失误护士和129名普通护士的人格特征进行测试。结果隐性护理失误护士的聪慧性、恃强性、敏感性和幻想性人格因子评分显著高于普通护士,稳定性、有恒性和自律性人格因子评分显著低于普通护士(P<0.05,P<0.01);年龄、护龄显著小于和短于普通护士(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论隐性护理失误护士具有高恃强性、高敏感性、高幻想性、低稳定性、低有恒性和低自律性等人格特征。建议医院管理部门对低年资护士进行生物学、社会学和心理学知识的全方位教育,并建立护士心理咨询中心,以提供心理咨询与疏导,培养其积极向上的人格、稳定的情绪和良好的心境,不断完善其人格特征,以适应日益发展的护理职业需求。Objective To understand the personality characteristics of nurses making recessive nursing errors, and to provide information for the cultivation of normal personality and for the intervention of abnormal personality.Methods Cartel 16 personality factors scale was used to investigate 71 nurses who had made recessive nursing errors and 129 ordinary nurses.Results Nurses who had made recessive nursing errors had significantly higher scores in wisdom, dominance, sensitivity, and abstractedness, and they had significantly lower scores in stability, adjectivals and self-discipline than ordinary nurses(P〈0.05,P〈0.01); their age were younger, and their length of service were lower than ordinary nurses.Conclusion Nurses who had made recessive nursing errors had such personality characteristics as highly dominant, sensitive, and imaginative, and poor emotional stability, adjectivals and self-discipline.In response to the development of nursing science, hospital managers should provide training programs of sociology, psycho-logy and biology to junior nurses, and establish psychological counseling centers so as to better nurses′ personality.
