摘　　要：从数学上分析了弧矩在数字图像缩放时的变化规律,得出通过组合矩的方法无法改善其缩放不变性的结论,并指出了改善其缩放不变性的两种方法。仿真结果证明了本文所提出的结论的正确性和方法的可行性。In this paper, the influence of scale factor on Hu moment invariants in digital image is analyzed. And a conclusion that combined moments can not improve Hu moment invariant＇s scale invariability is obtained, also two methods to improve Hu moment invariant＇s scale invariability arc proposed. The simulation result shows the correctness of the conclusion and the feasibility of the methods mentioned.
