巩膜隧道切口白内障摘除联合青光眼滤过手术的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察青光眼合并白内障行巩膜隧道切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入及小梁切除的临床疗效。方法应用巩膜隧道切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体及小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障41例（41眼）,术后随访4~18个月。结果平均眼压由术前4.30 kPa降到术后的2.27kPa。其中,80.48%的患眼眼压被控制在2.66 kPa以下。术后视力（裸眼或矫正视力）〉0.3者68.29%,功能性滤泡占82.92%。结论 巩膜隧道切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入及小梁切除术,可有效治疗青光眼合并白内障,手术安全、便捷。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of cataract surgery combined with trabeculectomy via sclerotic tunnel incision.Methods A total of 41 cases（41 eyes） with cataract and glaucoma were treated by sclerotic tunuel incision cafaract surgery and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy.The outcomes were recorded during follwing-up for 4 to 18 months.Rusults The average intraocular pressure（IOP） was reducded from 4.30 kPa before to 2.27 kPa after operation.IOP was kept less than 2.66 kPa in 80.48% of eyes.Visual acuity was 0.3 or better in 68.29% of eyes during following-up.The functional fictering blebs accounted for 82.92% of eyes.Conclusion Cataract surgery and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy via sclerotic tunnel incision is convenient,safe and effective for the treatment of patients with cataract and glaucoma.
