广西钦州市郊区水牛大片吸虫感染情况调查分析

摘　　要：为了掌握广西钦州市郊区水牛大片吸虫感染情况,采用ELISA方法测定了从钦州市屠宰场随机抽样采集的70份水牛血清样品。结果表明,70份水牛血清样品中有27份血清大片吸虫抗体呈阳性,阳性率为38.57%;各年龄段水牛均有大片吸虫感染,最小年龄为2岁,最大为12岁,但主要集中在2～8岁的水牛群体;雄性水牛阳性感染率为14.29%,雌性水牛阳性感染率为24.29%。说明广西钦州市郊区水牛受大片形吸虫危害较严重,这与当地水牛多以散养方式进行饲养有关。最后提出今后防制该病的相关措施及工作重点,以期为当地水牛产业的科学饲养管理及优质奶水牛养殖基地的建设提供科学指导。The experiment was conducted to investigate the status of Fasciola gigantica infection in buffaloes in Qinzhou suburb,Guangxi.Seventy buffaloes were randomly selected from slaughterhouse in Qinzhou of Guangxi,and blood samples were collected from jugular vein.The levels of Fasciola gigantica antibody in serum were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.The results showed that out of 70 samples,27 samples were positive of Fasciola gigantica with 38.57% of positive rate.It was found that all buffaloes,ranging from 2-12 years age,especially 2-8 years age were infected with Fasciola gigantica.The male and female buffaloes had 14.29 and 24.29% of positive rate,respectively.These results suggested that buffaloes in Qinzhou suburb areas were infected seriously by Fasciola gigantica,the main cause of which was attributed to their free-raising methods.The countermeasures and research needs on controlling the disease have also been discussed in this paper.
