摘　　要：简介国际地震中心(ISC)的发展历史、主要任务、人员组成和出版物。对ISC出版的地震观测报告《Bulletin of the International Seismological Centre》,详细阐述其数据汇总和分析流程。It is introduced about the developed history, the main tasks, the staff and the publications of ISC in this paper. For the ISC seismological bulletin Bulletin of the International Seismo logical Center,it gives a detailed information of the data collection and the analysis procedure.
