蚕豆5个地方品种在南盘江水微核实验中敏感度的比较

摘　　要：应用微核实验技术比较曲靖本地的五个品种的蚕豆(茨营大蚕豆、茨营小蚕豆、陆良大蚕豆、陆良小蚕豆、陆良绿蚕豆)对南盘江一个水样点(八大河)不同月份水质遗传毒性的敏感度,结果表明:在5种蚕豆中,茨营小蚕豆的微核率较其他四种高,综合萌发率情况得出茨营小蚕豆属五种实验材料中的首选品种.Micronucleus test was designed to compare the sensitive of five kinds of Vicia faba big（Vicia faba of Ciying,small Vicia faba of Ciying,big Vicia faba of Luliang,small Vicia faba of Luliang and green Vicia faba of Luliang） in Qujing to the water of Nanpang River water in months.The results showed that the small Vicia faba of Ciying is higher micronucleus rate than the others,and the germination rate is higher than the others,too.It is the best choice among those five Vicia faba.
