校园手机“一卡通”存在的问题及改进——以曲靖师范学院为例

摘　　要：手机"一卡通"是近年来移动通信公司推出的一种新型的集手机卡与校园卡为一体的移动支付业务系统.在该项目的使用过程中,主要存在不能批量收取学费、手续繁杂和数据安全风险等方面的问题.引入手机"一卡通"业务,运营商和学校必须适应新的要求,在收取学费、简化手续、减轻负担、确保稳定、数据安全等方面不断探索和改进,从而顺利开展该项业务,全面提升管理效率和管理水平.RFID-SIM system is a new mobile paying system promoted by China Mobile Communication Corp and it combines SIM card and RFID card.But there are some deficiencies mainly including being incapable of taking tuition fees in batch of numbers,being fussy in procedures and being risky in data safety when the system is constructed and applied in school circumstances.Introducing RFID-SIM card to school,both the operating agency of China Mobile and the school should continue to improve their efficiency of management fully and explore new measures to satisfy the new demands in the fields like taking tuition fees,simplifying procedures,guaranteeing data stability and safety so as to carry out the RFID-SIM card operation successfully in schools.
