摘　　要：ERP项目实施过程的复杂性决定了其风险形成机理描述与风险评价的复杂性。论文利用影响图理论的优点,结合ERP项目实施风险的动态性和过程性特点,在对风险形成与演变机理进行系统分析的基础上,构造了ERP项目实施风险影响图的拓扑结构,进一步利用模糊影响图理论定义了数值层和函数层,建立了基于影响图理论的ERP项目实施风险评价模型。The complexity of ERP project implementation process leads to the complexity of its risk formation mechanism and risk evaluation.By taking advantage of the influence diagram theory and taking into consideration the dynamic and procedural characteristics of ERP project implementation risk,this paper constructs a topological structure of influence diagram for ERP project implementation risk after a systematic analysis of its risk formation and evolvement mechanism.And then the numerical layer and function layer are defined by using the further theory of fuzzy influence diagram.Finally,the evaluation model of implementation risk for ERP project based on influence diagram is established.
