摘　　要：比较利用TRIZOL法和用TaKaRa的RNAiso Plus法,两种方法提取叶尔羌高原鳅肝胰脏总RNA的可行性,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳、紫外分光光度计检测及一步法RT-PCR验证,对提取所得RNA的完整性、纯度及浓度进行分析,试验结果表明:TRIZOL法获得的叶尔羌高原鳅总RNA纯度高,完整性好,可以继续进行分子克隆试验。Compare with the feasibility of the TRIZOL extraction method and the TaKaRa＇s RNAiso Plus extraction method for the extraction of the total RNA in hepatopancreas from Yarkant Triplophysa.The integrality,purity and concentration of the total RNA was analyzed by using the agarose gel electrophoresis,UV spectrophotometer and One-step RT-PCR validation.The results showed that the TRIZOL method gained high purity and excellent integrity of total RNA of Yarkant Triplophysa,and can be used for the continued molecular cloning experiment.
