摘　　要：结合应用型人才的培养目标与生物技术专业的特点,从培养大学生实践能力和创新能力的方法及如何增强适应社会的能力等方面进行了探讨,完善生物技术专业人才培养体系,使生物技术专业的人才培养向应用型转变,从而更好的适应市场和社会的需求。Connected with training target of applied undergraduate and the characteristic of biotechnology,the innovative and practical ability of the college students were cultivated,at the same time the personnel training system is improved to applied undergraduate of biotechnology.The aim of this paper is to enable biotechnology students to better adapt to the market and social demand.
