论高校发展中商业贿赂的防治

摘　　要：近年来,国家加大了对高等教育的投入,办学规模日益扩大,高校的建设和发展蕴藏着巨大的商机。但由于内控不力,各项制度未能及时跟上,一些高校在基建维修、物资及教材图书采购等领域屡屡出现商业贿赂案件,造成了资源流失和极坏的社会影响。对此,必须强化高校党建和廉政制度建设,充分发挥组织、监察等相关部门的职责,加大案件查办力度,还高校一方净土。The rapid development of higher education is accompanied with tremendous business opportunities.But there also exists many commercial bribes in maintenance of infrastructure facilities,purchase of goods,materials and textbooks.All these bribes arise from inefficient administration,lack of education and self-restrain.To prevent and control these kinds of commercial bribes effectively,universities must strengthen the honest education and the system construction,and severely punish illegal activities.
