摘　　要：目的观察大龄脑瘫患儿并发重度运动性构音障碍言语训练的效果。方法采用冰刺激训练,唇、舌、下颌训练,发音训练,中医手法按摩等训练,用中国康复研究中心构音障碍评定法进行评定。结果患儿的言语状况明显改善。结论言语训练可以改善大龄脑瘫患儿并发重度运动性构音障碍的症状。Objective To expolre the effect of speech therapy on older child with cerebral palsy following severe dysarthria.Methods Ice simulation,lips,tongue and jaw training,pronounciation training,and Chinese massage technique were used to treat the patient.China Rehabilitation Research Center Dysarthria Assessment was used as the assessment tool.Results The patient improved significantly in speech function.Conclusion Speech therapy can improve speech function for older child with cerebral palsy following severe dysarthria.
