摘　　要：香蕉是一种典型的后熟型果实,但在采收和运输销售过程中极易变质,导致货架寿命大大缩短.文章在分析香蕉的贮藏保鲜技术的基础上,对香蕉聚乙烯薄膜包装原理进行了深入的研究,通过实验分析不同类型的聚乙烯薄膜包装中香蕉品质的变化,得出以下结论:相对于HDPE薄膜袋,LDPE薄膜袋对香蕉保鲜效果比较理想.Banana, a typical fruit ripening after harvest, can easily degenerate in the process of harvesting and transportation, resulting in the shortened life. Based on the analysis of fresh - keeping technology of bananas in storage, the paper probes into the principle of polyethylene film packaging. After analyzing the changes in the quality of bananas kept in different types of polyethylene film packaging, it Compared to HDPE film bags, LDPE film bags achieve an ideal effect on the draws the following conclusions： preservation of bananas.
