摘　　要：简要介绍了热泵干燥系统的工作原理,分析了热泵用于稻谷干燥的潜力,展望了今后的研究方向。This paper introduced the operating and working principle of the heat pump drying. The potential of pump drying on rice mechanical drying was analysed. The developing trend of the technology of the pump drying rice was briefly described.
