新型五轴三维激光扫描系统重建牙颌模型的可靠性对比研究

摘　　要：目的:应用一种新型五轴三维激光扫描系统对牙颌模型进行三维扫描和重建,评价该三维测量重建结果的可靠性。方法:将下颌牙列模型固定在新型五轴三维激光扫描系统的底座上,然后对标准下牙列模型进行全面扫描,初步扫描后确定数据范围,在此基础上进行精确扫描。扫描后的结果自动生成下颌牙列数字化模型。然后,用此软件自带测量工具测量切牙牙冠宽度、牙弓前段宽度、牙弓后段宽度、牙弓前段长度和牙弓后段长度相关指标,游标卡尺在石膏模型上测量各个相关指标,分析系统的可靠性、可重复性以及扫描精度。结果:新型5Seri es五轴三维激光扫描系统的可靠性与可重复性好,扫描精度结果显示与游标卡尺测量结果差异无统计学意义。结论:新型5Seri es五轴三维激光扫描系统可靠性高、测量速度快,可以满足口腔模型三维数据快速采集和计算机辅助设计建模的需要。Objective To investigate the reliability of a newly 5-axis laser scanning system by three-dimensional reconstruction,so as to offer some evidence for dental CAD/CAM.Methods For the first step,the mandibular dentition cast was fixed on the basement of the system and for the preliminary scanning.Then,based on the data,the mandibular dentition cast was rescanned by 5Series new laser scanning system in order to get higher accuracy.The CAD dental cast was finally reconstructed.After that,the plaster dental cast and digital reconstructed dental cast were then manually and digitally measured respectively by different items：width of incisors,width of anterior dental arch,width of buccal segment,length of anterior dental arch and length of buccal segment.The manual process was undergone by vernier calipe and the digital process was by reverse engineering software.The statistical analysis was then undergone in order to evaluate the reliability,repeatability and scan-precision of the new laser scan system.Results With the statistical analysis results,the 5Series new laser scanning system showed its good reliability and repeatability in three-dimensional reconstruction of dental plaster cast.There were no significant differences between the data acquired by Dental Wings system and manual measurement by vernier calipe in the precision（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The new 5Series 5-axis Dental Wings laser scanning system equipped with high reliability and fast speed can meet the need of the three-dimensional reconstruction of dental cast.
