摘 要:目的:上颌后牙区是微小种植体的常用植入部位,本文为了提供临床参考就此区域的牙根间距离以及牙槽骨厚度进行测量分析。方法:选用22例患者拍摄锥体束CT(CBCT),测量上颌后牙区根中部、根尖部牙根间距离以及牙槽骨厚度。结果:牙根间距离由根中向根尖逐渐加大,上颌5-6牙根间距离较大,上颌6-7间个体差异较大;上颌后牙区牙槽骨厚度由近中向远中、由根中向根尖逐渐加厚。结论:文中数据可为选用微小种植体长度、直径,植入部位、方向以及临床操作提供实验依据。Objective Posterior maxilla is a common place for micro-implant,the articile present the inter-root distance and thickness of alveolar bone of posterior maxilla for clinic reference.Methods By taking CBCT of 22 patients,we measured posterior maxillary interroot distance and thickness of alveolar bone at middle of root and top of root.Results The interroot distance and thickness of alveolar bone became larger from mesial to distal.The inter-root distance between maxillary second pre-molar and first molar was larger than others.The inter-root distances were quite different between maxillary first molar and second molar.The thickness of alveolar bone becames larger form middle of root to the top of root.Conclusion The data provide experimental evidence for length and diameter of micro-implant,implantation site,implantation direction and clinical operation.
