摘  要:基于传统分析消谐波脉冲宽度调制PWM法(Subharmonic PWM,SHP-WM),提出了一种适用于三相级联多电平逆变器的改进型调制方法,即载波重叠开关频率优化PWM法(CO-SFO-PWM)。新型PWM方法兼具载波重叠法和开关频率优化法的优点,可以增大输出线电压的基波幅值,提高直流电源电压利用率,改善输出线电压谐波性能,特别是在低调制下可明显减少输出线电压畸变率。以三相级联型7电平逆变器为例,通过Matlab进行仿真验证,有效地验证了CO-SFO-PWM调制方法的正确性。Based on traditional SHPWM method,an improved modulation method applying to three-phase cascade multilevel inverter system was proposed.The new method was called carrier overlapping switch frequency optional pulse width modulation(CO-SFO-PWM),which combined the advantages of CO-PWM and SFO-PWM.The fundamental amplitude of the output line voltage was increased,so the utilization ratio of DC voltage was increased,the output line voltage had a better harmonic characteristics,especially could significantly improve the distortion ratio of output line voltage at low modulation.Matlab simulation results based on three-phase seven-level inverter demonstrated the effectiveness of the new method.
