摘　　要：高职高专图书馆要想独立于其它图书馆生存并获得长远发展,最重要就是拥有自己的特色馆藏资源,且利用特色资源为高职院校的教学与科研、改革和管理提供信息服务,文章就特色资源建设问题,论述专家选书机制、特色资源建设原则、统一标准,探讨特色资源建设的可行性方法与途径。In order to be independent of other libraries and to seek a long-term development, it is vital for the libraries of vocational colleges to establish the of collection system resource with the characteristics of vocational colleges. This system can provide information service for the teachers in their teaching and research work, educational reform and the routine management. The author makes a probe into the practical methods and channels to establish this system through adopting the mechanism of book-selection by experts, unifying the standardization and adhering to the unity of principles.
