广东省科技成果转化的评价分析

摘　　要：在构建广东省科技成果转化评价指标体系及评价模型的基础上,利用层次分析法对广东省科技成果转化现状进行综合评价,并通过与北京、上海等6省市进行横向比较分析,揭示广东科技成果转化存在的主要问题和原因,为下一步有的放矢地制定广东省科技成果转化对策提供依据。The state of scientific and technological（ST） achievement transformation in Guangdong Province is considered.By analyzing the effect of individual indices and their interaction,a hierarchical model is presented.Based on this model,analytic hierarchy process（AHP） method is applied to evaluate the transformation state for Guangdong Province.Also,by using the proposed method,the transformation states of ST achievements in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Liaoning,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang Provinces are evaluated.Based on the evaluation,comparison is carried out.Result shows that Guangdong Province ranks fourth,and Guangdong is behind Shanghai in both relevant resources from local government and enterprises and benefits from the transformation of ST achievement.
